I had the pleasure recently of shooting with Sydney film writer Jim Mitchell. He has an such an intriguing and engaging face, it was great to work with him. We spent a couple of hours wandering the back alleys of Crows Nest which was interesting in itself. You might see from the images why I suggested he do some part time modelling in between his journalistic work, I think he thought I was joking... Look out for his work in various publications.
The Measure of a man
I was chatting with this buddy of mine below on the weekend and hearing a bit about what life has been like for him lately. While we were hanging out I was reminded yet again that when you take the time to pull off the mask and tell someone what's really going on you quickly find out just how much we all have in common. When you get down to it you discover that everybody has the same hopes and dreams, the same frustrations, the same desire to have real connections and a life that in some way has significance and purpose. There really is "no struggle except that which is common to man". These are for you PB, may you keep on fighting the good fight.
