Events

Limobe is available to provide coverage of your event in a style that is focussed on being discreet and journalistic in style. The photographer shouldn't be the centre of attention and this 'documentary' type approach is always going to bring a more authentic feel to the results. Below are some samples from some recent events, please use the contact form to let me know about your next event and how I might be able to capture it in a unique way.

ViceLee party featuring El Guincho December 2010
This party was a total sweat fest, El Guincho played to the perspiring people and I didn't even manage to sneak a beer in.

Finders Keepers Markets December 2010
I was lucky enough to be down at Carriageworks for their twice yearly markets over the weekend and this event has just exploded. The quality and the diversity of the goods is exceptional and there is not many times that you can be having a drink, listening to amazing live music and shopping all at the same time. Join the informed at Concrete Playground so that you don't miss out next time they hit town.

Bondi Short Film Festival
This event has got an iconic status in Sydney now and for good reason. I was down there for Concrete Playground and this is a few shots from the matinee in the afternoon.

Moonlight Markets - The Rocks in Sydney
A sample below of some shots taken for Concrete Playground which is a very tidy new online  events/arts/music guide for everything that is worth knowing about in Sydney and other cities.

Art gallery launch @ WestSyde

What can I say? The boys at WestSyde know how it should be done. If you have no idea what I am talking about, that's because WestSyde Connection at Dulwich Hill in Sydney's inner west is still growing and getting itself out there. It represents a new style and aesthetic in Sydney and combines a skate retail space, with a gallery space out the back, complete with mini ramp and eventually the plan is for a recording studio on the top level as well. The photos below are from a gallery launch of art from Pigeon Boy that they held there last month. The boys always have something new on the cards and you can find out more at www.westsydeconnection.com
